Payment Methods

• You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover or Paypal.
• Paymentech will hold the amount of your payment from your credit card because we process your order after we submite your payment.

Shipping Methods

• Standard: Your package will be delivered to you within 7-10 business days including shipping date
• Express: Your package will be delivered to you within 3-5 business days including shipping date.(include delivery confirmation)

* It takes 1-2 business days to process your order even for express deliver.
* We will make refund if customer doesn't reply to us within 48 hours and we usually contact customers thru e-mail.

Exchanges

We hope you are satisfy with our items, however, if you have a problem with size or color, you are more than welcome to contact us for exchange, as long as the item hasn't been worn.(Customers can contact us with phone calls and e-mails)

• You should contact us by email within 24 hours if you would like to make any changes on your previous order such as size, style or color or exchange any colors or sizes. Also customers have responsibility to resend it to us within 10 days.
  (We WILL NOT ACCEPT any returns before confirm with us.)
• Exchanges are acceptable one time only.
• The package must be returned back to us within 10 days otherwise; the item will be shipped back to you and redeem final sale.
• We can't accept returns if you take off the tag from your dress
• The purchased item must be returned and postmarked by the next business day after receiving it.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• 15% restocking fee will be charged for your exchange.
• The buyer is responsible for all the shipping costs on new orders and it will be deducted from the saved (or his/her) credit card.
• All items must be in perfect condition if returned, and without any damages. The merchandise will be inspected and if there is any sign of being worn, it will be sent back to you. If inspection fails we will declared the transaction a final sale.
• If you received free shipping and wish to return the merchandise, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. "Free shipping is awarded under the condition of purchase;
• Lady Dresses(include Prom, Bridesmaid, Fancy), Accessories and shoes are final sale. One time exchanging is acceptable but we don't offer any refund for those items.
